SKV introduces intercoolers – new 98SKV product group

SKV has expanded its range with a new product group – intercoolers, also known as charge air coolers.

The 98SKV range includes over 180 references for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles and is covered by a 3-year warranty. It is another important expansion of the SKV offer for the turbocharging segment of the aftermarket.

The intercooler cools compressed air before it enters the combustion chamber. As a result, air density and oxygen content increase, supporting combustion efficiency and overall engine performance.

Typical symptoms of intercooler failure include power loss, poor acceleration, increased fuel consumption and intake system leaks.
